Polyglactine 910

Polyglactine 910 is a braided multifilament absorbable suture (dyed violet). It consists of Glycolide/L-lactide (polymerised) in a 9:1 ratio and is well tolerated by tissues. Fibre strands are woven into a braided suture and impregnated with a calcium stearate solution.
