PROTEXIN® POWER

Positive Feedback

Posted by Kyron Laboratories on February 22, 2010

The word “probiotic” is derived from the Latin “pro” (meaning “for”) and Greek “bios” (meaning “life”). Generally friendly/good bacteria that colonise the intestinal tract are referred to as probiotics.

Protexin Probiotic RangeProtexin® Soluble is Kyron’s probiotic supplement for all animals, while Protexin® Premium is specifically for horses. All Protexin® probiotics are freeze dried and then coated with a protectant to preserve their potency. They only come alive once they are swallowed. Protexin® probiotics possess a unique ability to survive the stomach's acid environment; not many probiotics can make this claim.

We often receive positive feedback from clients — Michelle Behrens writes:

“Well thanks to Protexin® (what else could it be), my old horse and I won the 80km Senior Standard Weight Ride at Schanskraal (near Richmond in the dusty Karoo). Yippee! First Place!!  Our other horse, Shadow, has also had noticeable improvement to his condition since I started him on Protexin® (about 4 weeks ago). So much so, that the farrier made a comment saying he thought the horse now had spunk!”

Products in the range include:
  Protexin® Soluble
  Protexin® Premium

The Protexin® range is available from your veterinarian or veterinary retail outlet.
